Delete your Healessa account and data

Healessa (developer: Nutriswell). This page explains how to permanently delete your account and all data associated with it.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app

1. Open Healessa and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm by tapping Delete everything.

Your account and all associated data are erased immediately and permanently. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email developer@healessa.com from your account's email address with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Account and profile (name, email, settings)
• Logged nutrition, hydration, sleep, weight, and movement data
• Concerns (symptom) entries
• Lab results and DEXA entries
• Progress photos
• Community posts and comments

What we keep

We do not retain personal data tied to your account after deletion. Encrypted backups roll off automatically within 30 days. We may retain anonymized, aggregated records that cannot be linked back to you, and any data we are legally required to keep.
