Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account or using Healessa, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least the age of digital consent in your region to use Healessa.
Wellness, Not Medical Care
Healessa provides general wellness and nutrition education. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your provider before acting on anything in the app, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read here. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Community Conduct
Healessa has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post spam or scams, harassment or bullying, hateful or abusive content, graphic or explicit imagery, medical misinformation or dangerous health claims, or content that promotes self-harm or harm to others, and not to impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. You can report any post or comment and block any member. Content that violates these terms is removed, and members who violate them may be suspended or permanently removed from the community. We aim to review reports and act on violations promptly.
Your Content
You are responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your content and grant Healessa a limited license to display it within the app's community features so the service can operate. You may delete your content at any time.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' data, and no using the app for unlawful purposes. We may limit or suspend access to protect users and the service.
Account and Termination
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Healessa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healessa and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
Changes and Contact
